Since I started mapping the drives using Kix, my w98 pc's are hanging on shutdown. I have M/S shutdown for mapped drives installed on pc's. Here is my code:

;map drives to serv1
;
USE H: "\\serv1\USERS\@USERID"
USE S: "\\serv1\SHARED"

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?I am also using a cookie1 but I think the problem is the mapped drives.

Deep-mapping doesn't work with Windows 9x. Therefore 'USE H: "\\serv1\USERS\@USERID"' will not work. See Deep paths and @userid with Win9x
The Map Root command

Ok thanks. I found the reference to this in the manual and made the correction. [Big Grin]
