I have been looking for this on the board and haven't seen a thread that helps with what I'm looking for.

I have been asked to read files from a directory, and delete the ones older than 60 days (This is my company's solution to volume space limitations). Here's the trick though: what about sub-directories?

And, what I'm telling these people is that if you delete these peoples' files when the get old enough (with a copy of them being on tape backup), you will at least want to let them know what files have been deleted! At least this way they will be able to remember which files to request from tape if they need them.

I'm not looking for someone to write me a miracle script, I just need to know if such a hair brained idea is possible in the first place before I waste a week trying to figure out how to do it. I also need a little help digging into the subdirectories.
