If you need to know how to specifiy how to format the command line to have kix run a script that was called as the logon script... that is in the manual.

In case of a logoff script, or a script called from a GPO... well, I don't know... I don't know if the %0\..\Kix32.exe %0\..\script.kix works the same way in an AD environment as the netlogon folder

I suppose that if you placed the kix script in the PDC (or wherever AD keeps the netlogon folder) replication should take care of the rest
