Also, how can you remove that the script(.exe) runs in console mode, tried wkix32.exe but you always see the flash of setconsole("hide")?

try "wkix32.exe -i script.kix"

Kix is indeed a 32-bit process. It runs on both 32 and 64 bit platforms without issue. You do need to pay attention to the WOW3264 issue for the SYSTEM folder and the registry, but aside from that, no special process is needed on x64 platforms.

How can we prevent that someone should kill the processes kix32.exe or wkix32.exe via the taskmanager (disable taskmanager itself is not an option), can we rename kix32.exe ?
Many thanks

Merry Christmas to you as well, Patrick!

Break Off is an effective user training method - kill Kix and the user is logged off. \:\)

I have a process that I invoke with wKix and Kixforms.DLL - I can't kill it via PSKill - I get Access Denied. I can kill it if I run a command prompt as an admin. I'll check later and let you know about the Task Manager. I grabbed the code from an example at the Kixfoms.com site - search for "taskbar" or "system tray" for examples.

Yes, Kix32 can be renamed. I've done this to obfuscate the method we use for certain administrative tasks.
