just like cmd.exe kixtart dir ignores the search string, which should only return files with 2 dots in the name.

I'm not sure any Windows program can do that either without using regular expressions.

Well, while I get your point, this filter shouldn't return results like it only a single dot in it. I had to think for a while to come up with the way the dir is probably built as of now... Oh well. I guess I have to resort to extremely slow manual processing.
