Im confused by the echo output...Why is the command file name adlogon.cmd in the path of kix32.exe? Is there a subfolder named that?

"\\LOCALDC\netlogon\ADLogon\adlogon.cmd\..\kix32.exe"

Or is that why the \..\ is there, to drop it back a level?....I think I'm too young for cmd files.
