OK - I have 5 separate docs related to this - one for each major part (RDG, RDS Farm load balancing, SSL setup, etc..). I'll try to put something sensible together, along with some screenshots of the actual configs, and tie it into a single doc. I guess I never got around to wrapping this documentation task up. 
Needs to get done, so.. give me a few days.
