kelp7 kelp7 Starting to like KiXtart Registered: 2002-08-12 Posts: 124 Loc: UK	Cheers. I've coded the whole thing and it works fine for me (although i am a member of the domain admins group). I've tried running it under a standard user's login (admittedly on a terminal services virtual session not a standard PC) and it only seems to allow modification of the user's telephone number, not the job title or department (whereas it modified all three attributes under my login)

kelp7 kelp7 Starting to like KiXtart Registered: 2002-08-12 Posts: 124 Loc: UK	This just seems to work properly under my own AD account (but as mentioned above, i'm in the domain admins group). The two test accounts (standard users) I've tried under only allow modification of the phone number. I think maybe this is something that has been changed security-wise on our AD structure though, so will investigate that first I think. Edited by kelp7 (2012-11-28 08:31 PM)

Just changed the permissions for SELF on my test user account to allow writing of public information, this now allows the changes to take effect. Not sure what knock-on effects that might also have so, at the moment, have only made the security change on this single user. Glad my script is back working though $\:\)$
