No sorry it does not update the TaskBar properties, there must be away to do it though,

Yeah, I will look into creating a external EXE in VB.Net that will set the Taskbar to AutoHide.
It looks like it uses the SHAppBarMessage API, but apart from that I am in the dark. How hard can it be .

I Know, Old Thread but now that kix can do com calls can we do stuff like the SHAppBarMessage function?

Thanks Allen, that stuff is beyond me, my ultimate goal is to autosize the quick launch to so all the icons. i have some staff that are not too quick and don't know how to resize it and think all their icons are gone.
