I sent you version 1.5, which creates .htm and .txt signatures. It automatically sets different sigs for new messages and replies/forwards as well.

Version 1.5 is basically plug & play (aside from customizing the templates) and has a full GUI management tool. Not sure why you're still using version 1.1?

Why not simply create a script that maps the drives and then CALLs the version 1.5 script? It's what I do at several client sites. We regularly CALL the mail sig tool from a logon script.

im not going to use 1.5 now. The old script is up and running there are just minor problems

1 problem is
some users/pc's create a blank signature.htm (it just displays the script in the console) the script works because the users that are using the same script get the signature and the user's are ok when i log on(as the user's) to my pc the script is ok

2 problem is
i dont wan't the script to delete signature.rtf and signature.txt just signature.html

Version 1.6 is available if you want to test it. It resolves the issue with blank signatures when the destination folder doesn't exist, supports multiple languages based on the user's local language setting, and allows you to define the creation of the individual .HTM and .TXT files for New and Relpy signatures.

I can't help you try and update version 1.1 when a working version is available that resolves all of your concerns. PM me if you want version 1.6.
