How can I start shell run exe with options like:

SHELL %systemdrive%\XXX\exprogs\runasspc.exe /cryptfile:%systemdrive%\XXX\crypts\localadmin.spc /quiet


I dosn't work, but what is the right command? I looked into shell help but i don't know \:\(
