Logon scripts we use only KiX for the minor things such as drive mappings. We attempt to do everything logon wise via GPO.
As for Admin - Powershell, Currently converting our helpdesk "User Account Manager" from KiX+Forms to PS+Forms. On occasion we are even using KiX via the Com object.
