I have been running kix fine inlogon scripts at another site. I am using a simple win98 formated NT network boot disk to try and run kix scripts on shared network drive. I can only run the 16 bit at the moment. Any suggestions?

If I understand what you have said, you seem to be running Kixtart.exe (16-bit) from a Win9x boot floppy. You are executing your script prior to or in place of starting the Win9x GUI and logging on. If this is correct then, I believe you will only be capable of running the 16 bit program because you are in DOS. The 32-bit program requires additional support not found in DOS.

I too could benefit from some more functionality in a KiXtart program that can run under DOS. I have emailed Ruud and ask but do not expect to see an effort applied to the old code.

I have also picked up the 16 bit version that I am going to be making a bootable CD with the support files, network access for every network card we have, a nice login screen to choose to reload computers, surplus computers, etc. An updated kix dos version would be great.
