Got it.
So it looks like the command:
SETOPTION("Wow64FileRedirection","off")
Has a conflict with the EnumProcess fuction below. When you add the SETOPTION to turn off Wow64FileRedirection the EnumProcess function produces the following popup error.
Windows - Unable To Locate Component:
