Last summer, we migrated to Active Directory 2008 (AD 2003 mode).
KiXtart v4.53 was running fine on XP and NT workstations but a problem suddenly appeared this week : EnumGroup on NT workstation has an erratic behaviour. Sometime, we get all groups, sometime we get only domain local groups (and local workstation groups). If i flush the token cache with /f, i only get local group !!!

NT Workstation? As in NT 4.0 Workstation? (yikes!)
I'm running a 2k8 native domain with all Vista workstations, just one XP laptop, so can't really replicate your situation. It's almost a year since we migrated to the 2K8 environment and have had no significant issues.
