Well, after more discussion & thought, I realize that this isn't quite as straightforward as I first imagined, since other languages change the sequence of noun & verb compared to English.

I've changed the process so that the data generated can be placed in the correct location within the message for each language. These are the messages that should be translated, with the data values shown inside of braces (these don't need translation!). The data values can be moved anywhere within the translated string.

I think strings 2, 3, and 11 might need to be resequenced in other languages.
