I have done some more analysis of the problem. The script runs fine as I thought and the profile is created but not with any settings for Microsoft Exchange server.
I downloaded the Outlook.prf from rhe location specified and have put it in the correct location on the logonserver. This is then getting copied back to the clients %TMP% location, the registry entries are getting created and the Outlook config starts - Outlook doesn't fully open but I assume this is what it's supposed to do.
So i'm thinking it must be something in the PRF file that is going wrong.
I've spent a good few hours now trying to debug the problem but i'm getting nowhere.
If anybody has any ideas I would love to hear them.
