Sorry Glenn, as (very) good your UDF's are, I'm not much of a fan of the U in UDF's ;\)
They are very handy when you need a quick solution, but I personally prefer finding out stuff myself (reinventing the wheel, helps me learn better then using other ppl's code)
This is why I mostly suggest the means to find out instead of pointing towards the UDF.
