@NTDOC, I'm using NSIS-scripts to build the executable files. Works really good and is free to use. 
I don't use user supplied tokenized scripts, Kix2Exe tokenises the scripts by itself before adding them to the executable.
I'm using a recompiled version of NSIS because I added the ability to create console-based and consoleless executables. I recommend to take a look at the the ExecWait-function and nsExec-plugin to exectute the Kix32 or Wkix32 processor.
But you could also use Kix2Exe of course..
