Whenever I want to do something tricky in KiX, I google for how to do it in VBScript and tweak that. for example, I dropped windows password dialog vbscript into google and found this. It's a simple VBScript that calls ie and gives it a little webpage with 3 password inputs. It's not fancy but it does the job. I could drop a form into my cjDialogs to do the same thing if that's all you need.

Yeah, that's just a user input dialog. Once you have the new pw, you could do something like
dim $objUser
$objUser = GetObject("WinNT://myDomain/myUsername")
$objUser.SetPassword($NewPassword) to set it. I got that from here. See that site for more examples including LDAP. Here's another one.
