First question
Office 2007 (also 2003) installs a printer, the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer". In the "Printing Defaults", the "page Format" is always set to "Letter". How can this be set to "A4"?
If this printer is set as default, and the user first starts his Outlook, all the forms are configured based on the default printer page format.
Is/are there maybe some registry hacks?
