maybe this is a little bit off topic but I will try anyway.
My company is currently in a re-licensing phase. After we discoverd the ammount of software that is license properly we need to deinstall the software that isn't licensed at all. Beside the legal issue I am interested how I can deinstall software by script.
The main problem in my point of view is to find a solution for MSI as well as for legacy setups.
Maybe someone here already had the same "problem" and can point me to the right direction!? Currently I have no software distribution tool available etc.

Most uninstall strings are listed in the registry key below. You could read it for the specific application you need to uninstall and run it when something is found.
