It has to do with the fact that the .net flavor won't register with regsvr32. It does with regasm but that basta won't run correct in my startup script.
Using a GPO now to deploy the .net MSI and it works great on all systems. Users are happy, CEO is happy, I get paid so I'm happy to 
This way it is also easier to manage imho. If there is a new version of kf.net that we are going to use in production then scrap or unlink the old GPO, create a new one and all is done.
