Don't quote me but as I remember if you used the NETLOGON share then Win9x could see and use it, but if you used the policy folder locations for scripts then Win9x could not see it without the ADSI client.
Think maybe we're a bit off topic but the original poster seems to have not come back so not too bad I suppose.
