We recently implemented a new web filtering product and while we thought that we were pretty clean, it helped to identify even more users that had stuff installed.
It's a funny thing that users will report that they can't get out to the internet, just to show that they have been breaking the rules from outset (Our new solution blocks the use of things like yahoo toolbar).
