I know and that's just where it got screwed up. Not all system are installed in the same way. Some systems are polling for an update 14.000.000 times in just two days 
If nothing works we might just schedule a day to walk by all the systems and do a reinstall.
Imho it kinda sucks that OpenOffice has limited registry settings to do some basic config stuff and no adm files so one could make a GPO for it.
