I did a search for this problem in the archives, but didn't turn anything up that helped. Take a look and see if you can help.

I am running Win2K Server SP2. I have Kixtart 2001 loaded, KixRPC running, and a script written. When I run my script, everything is processed up to the point where I use the INGROUP() function to selectively map my drives. For some reason, Kixtart processes the first INGROUP() function (for the Administrators group) and the secont INGROUP() (for Teachers), but ends the script prematurely when it comes to the next INGROUP() function: INGROUP("RS4"). This is pretty frustrating. Please help. Here's some code to help you:

IF INGROUP("Administrators")<0
? " - Admin Drives"
use i: \\joshua\students$
? " - Drive I: mapped (Student Webs on \\JOSHUA)"
use s: \\joshua\teachers
? " - Drive S: mapped (Teacher Webs on \\JOSHUA)"
use h: \\fcsinternet\mtpro_students
? " - Drive H: mapped (Keyboarding Class Data Location)"
use j: \\fcsinternet\autoacct
? " - Drive J: mapped (Accounting Class Data Location)"
use u: \\joshua\d$
? " - Drive U: mapped (\\JOSHUA Drive D "
use X: \\fcsinternet\D$
? " - Drive X: mapped (\\FCSINTERNET Drive D "
use T: \\fcsinternet\C$
? " - Drive T: mapped (\\FCSINTERNET Drive C "
use p: \\fcsinternet\netlogon
? " - Drive P: mapped (Netlogon Location)"
use q: \\fcsinternet\users
? " - Drive Q: mapped (Fac/Staff Folders)"
use r: \\fcsinternet\students
? " - Drive R: mapped (Student Folders)"
ENDIF
?" - Additional Drives"
?"teacher"
IF INGROUP("Teacher")
use v: \\fcsinternet\office_2000_server
? " - Drive V: mapped (Office 2000 Server Folder)"
use o: \\fcsinternet\common
? " - Drive O: mapped (Campus-Wide Common Drive)"
ENDIF
? "rs4"
IF INGROUP("RS4")
use g: \\fcsinternet\RS4
? " - Drive G: mapped (Admin Plus)
ENDIF
? "reader"
IF INGROUP("Reader")
use f: \\fcsinternet\reader
? " - Drive F: mapped (Accelerated Reader)"
ENDIF
? "unison"
If INGROUP("Unison")
use h: \\fcsinternet\library
? " - Drive H: mapped (Library Card Catalog)"
ENDIF
?" students"
IF INGROUP("Students")
use o: \\fcsinternet\common
? " - Drive O: mapped (Campus-Wide Common Drive)"
ENDIF

You're missing the closing quote on:

? " - Drive G: mapped (Admin Plus)

Also shouldn't
code:
IF INGROUP("Administrators")<0

rather be
code:
IF INGROUP("Administrators")>0

(note the greater than sign)?

greetings.

btw: symbol on our homepage has been linked to related http://kixtart.org topic.

btw: we advice to using [b]Ingroup("...") <> 0 instead of INGROUP("...") < 0. Also
INGROUP doesn't return a negative value.
KiXtart 3.x returns: 0/1/2 as values. (1 = global groups/2 = local groups)
KiXtart 4.x returns: 0/1 as values. (1 = local/global groups)
