There is more than one time that you have strComputer and it should be $strComputer.
There is more than one time that you have End If and it should be EndIf
get rid of Wscript.quit
SMSServiceCheck, SMSInstallCheck, SMSLogEvent and SMSInstall are all functions and should be SMSServiceCheck(), SMSInstallCheck(), SMSLogEvent() and SMSInstall()
objService.State should be $objService.State
strServerLocatorPoint should be $strServerLocatorPoint
WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell") should be $CreateObject("WScript.Shell") {in more than one place}
