We've just given all the info you need. What you do with it is up to you. And no, you don't need a codec pack. And no, you shouldnt install one. Yes, you probably have and that has f*cked up the codec/filter priorities in the OS. Provided you've got a working driver and DirectX installed, that is the most likely explanation. But since you're acting like a 3-year old to all my replies, I'm gonna stop helping you
