I don't think we need more forums and make everything even more fragmented. We're not high traffic, and one learns from being exposed to other things. Frgmentation would lead to too much specialization.
However, maybe two or three best-practices approaches to KiXtart login scripts woudl be helpful. These posts should include deployment procedures and maybe differentiate between single-site AD, and more complex AD structures. I think that some of the Moderators do have experiece with more complex AD forests and below-corporate-level login scripts.
