Hmm... lets see. If 20 users have no issue and don't see the same problem you do, then it must be something on your system. I'm betting that a clean up of the system might help as often spyware/scumware and other junk lead to script errors as well.
The only errors I know of are there are some CSS errors if you tried to check the validity of the code. But most browsers will ignore it.
Could also be some odd setting in the Advanced section of IE.
