yes, but you missed the more important line:
"In the 4th century AD, Gaul's eastern frontier along the Rhine was overrun by Germanic tribes, principally the Franks, from whom the ancient name of "Francie" was derived."

and:
"The modern name "France" derives from the name of the feudal domain of the Capetian Kings of France around Paris."

so, france is lot younger, and it was just a area surrounding paris at first.

you either refer to francie or france.
but the area came francie land no sooner than 400AD and france got it's start lot later.
anyway, if there was no netherland as named area that time, there was no france either.
