I need to be able to launch a remote process that is capable of being interacted with by the logged in user.

could fnRemote do this in the logged in users user space? or would this be the rough equivalent of executing psexec?

try out psexec for the userinteraction. psexec can be found at www.sysinternals.com
The answer then being - fnRemote should kick of things with the system-account - not interacting with currently logged on user.

ok. I had to check it out. My version of psexec was apparently ancient. MAN at the command line options available now ( I had like 3 options on the old version )
