Need Help Running a command in login script.

I need to execute a coomand which will connect users to our R3000 proxy server. It requires that you execute this command and pass some parameters. I have used the run command which works to call the .exe. However the parameter string I just cannot get working. Here is my script, the command is the bold section. Any help would be apperciated!

I don't think in the user manual is written that for the "Use" command, the "/persistent" switch supports a ":no"
