The code is:
copy "\\dc\data$\churi.url" "c:\documents and settings\all users\desktop\" this one works
copy "\\dc\data$\churi.url" "c:\documents and settings\all users\שולחן העבודה\" this one doesn't works
You might not see the Hebrew text since you dont have the fonts.
It's should be a very simple "copy" but it seems that it doesn't recognize the Hebrew desktop folder.
