BTW.. when I posted about plagarizing, I was my referring to the appearance of my form when compared to the Directory Update app that Doc posted.

I was not disparaging anyone else. My apologies to anyone that thought different.

Does someone have a quickie code/form to do a AD user account browse/lookup

The supervisor field is the LDAP string for the account, which is gobbelygook to a user. I've used translatename to convert it to something legible for users, but I want to be able to let users browse AD to select an account to populate the field.

I don't think that's a good idea Rad. They you're just asking for garbage data input.

The user should only be allowed to modify their OWN account (imho). Othewise you are guaranteed to have garbage data.

Chris has a KF AD browser in the COM forum though if you must.
