Hi Everyone,
I know this is an easy one... I want to change my users wallpaper everyday. I got the reg key identified but when I ran the script, it didn't change the wallpaper. I had to log-out and login again to get the wallpaper to change. What am I missing?

nothing.
that's by windows design.

you can go around this issue by doing something like killing explorer.exe process and restarting it.

Sounds pretty annoying to me, having my wallpaper changed every day. What's the business reason?

Only business reason i can think off, would be a company that will be sure that it's the same wallpaper on all workstations (company logo) if this is the case i would rather lock down the rights for the users to change the wall paper.. Kind Rgds Jan V.

Standardization is fine with me but not daily changes.
