I tried it on my home system with the HP DeskJet 6840 installed and connected to one of the USB ports and got the same results. Yesterday I tried to get it to work on a workstation at work that had the HP LaserJet 4050N installed as a network printer. Both cases failed.
Remote printers (installed or not) or local printers do not seem to make any difference.

The fact that the printer needs to be installed I can live with but the numerous setdefaultprinter lines before being able to print to the correct printer really bug me. Right clicking a file and selecting print work fine on both systems so it must be something with the script imho.
