Error #5 is access denied, as it says in the message. This means that the user running the task does not have permission to create the folder or the folder contents.
When you use COPYALL the permissions of the folders are copied. If a folder that you are copying has permissions which mean that your user is allowed to read the folder contents but is not allowed to write to the folder you will get an accedd denied error when you try to copy the folder contents.
