Memorial Day Holiday this Monday the 29, 2006 for US....
Monday 29th?? Today is 30th already so you probably mean Monday the 5th. I know the US is in a different time zone but not six days behind our local time Not only a long weekend for the US we here in the Netherlands have a religious holiday on Sunday and Monday so most offices will be closed.
Did this post confuse anyone else? Yes, yesterday (2006/05/29) was Memorial day in the U.S. Of course, when he posted it was the 25th, so it was still next Monday for him. Although I might have said, this coming Monday.
I know, this is a silly post, but I'm in danger of dropping out of the post-count tally list.

Sounds like my wife's logic. So next Monday is the Monday after this coming Monday?
Yes. The next coming Monday would be this Monday if Monday has already passed. Yesterday would be last Monday if it were Wednesday or later, but because its Tuesday it is still just yesterday.

But actually saying what you mean is not as fun as asking "Do you mean Monday the 29th or Monday the 5th?"

ROFL
Not sure how one could really screw it up. Regardless if said NEXT/LAST/UPCOMING/PAST - the date would still be the correct date.

Heading out your way in July. Didn't want it to be too cold
Yeah, signed up for July 10 - July 13

I didn't really want the middle of summer, but didn't want to wait till next year either. All the rains at the beginning of the year scared me off too as I didn't want to spend all that money and then be in the rain at the track.

Sounds good.
Wow, this video sure makes me yearn to do biking again. But that Porsche near the end would probably get me killed. Would almost force you to take it even harder and faster trying to catch him. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2170327835244165398
