If the user logs onto an other system the script runs ok? Is it also slow with other users on the specific system?

You already said that the network settings and cables and stuff are all ok so if it is juts pinned down to just this one computer I'd re-image the system or if kix32 or wkix32 are copied to the local machine maybe replacing it with afresh copy could help.
