I've seen the last 5 votes last night.
Not a lot of kind words for Lordi came from the two TV people doing TV comments for the Dutch TV.
They talked about the people just voting for the act and that is was a crappy song, lots of countries had better songs and so on....
I think this is cool. Finaly something else then a tear jerking folk song wins. They had a nice act but the song is not that good to be honest.

Nobody seems to know who the Lordi guys are in real life. All public perfromances like press meetings and stuff in Athens got done wearing the suites. When the suites came off they acted as regular people and did not present themself as Lordi. So who are they? Is this something like Slipkot? Wearing maskes and noone knowing who they are?

Anyway, congrats to Finland and Lordi. A double party for competing 40 times and for winning. I'm not such a eurovision songcontest fan but maybe we will make it past the semi finals next year who knows. This year was crap for us. Not just the results but also the song sucked.
