Dmartin05 Dmartin05 Fresh Scripter Registered: 2006-02-01 Posts: 49	Hello my peeps! I am trying to find out how to change the following reg key from a 1 to a O. Here is the scenario: When ever I unjoin a pc from the domain using this kix script from a previous post and then try to join it again, it changes my HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA Forguest from a 0 to a 1. I don't know why it does this but it does. I need to have a way upon boot after joining the domain to AutoLogin and Run a script to change the 1 to a 0. I already have the code to join the unjoin, rejoin and reboot the pc's, now I just need to know how to autologin and change that registry key. Dmartin05 Dmartin05 Fresh Scripter Registered: 2006-02-01 Posts: 49	I was looking into that command, but the problem is the domain I'm attempting to join is the same one that I'm unjoining. Here is the project: I am re-installing my Windows SBS2003 server, before I start the uninstall, I am going to run the script you guys helped me with, to unjoin the domain on about 20 pcs. After the server is installed, i am going to run the script with the netdom join command to joint he pcs to the domain. This is why I can't use the move command. Basically, with the netdom Join command, upon boot up of the machine I would like to create an autologin and change that registry key. The acct that will be autologging would be the admin acct.

NTDOC NTDOC Administrator Registered: 2000-07-28 Posts: 11634 Loc: Space	sure you can. I think you can MOVE them into the WORKGROUP - though not really a "Domain" I think it will operate that way. Don't have time to test it out, but I think it would work.

Dmartin05 Dmartin05 Fresh Scripter Registered: 2006-02-01 Posts: 49	I just did some research and the netdom move command cannot move into a workgroup only another domain. I tried it and it did not work.
