I guess there are different approaches. The program was designed to simply process a batch of computers from an input file. I would think that you could use your script to build the input file and then make one call to the EXE from your script.
But if you have an ongoing need to use this type of process, send me an email describing what you need to accomplish and I could most likely provide you a solution.
