We are currently rolling out Kixtart and require to map a drive to an AS400 box using Kixtart, is this possible? if so, how?

Many thanks for the quick response, it uses IFS. Not sure of the difference between IFS and CIFS, if there any?

Well, we could speculate all day but the easiest thing would be to try to map a share and see if it works or not
My AS400 man says that it works as a Windows share, so you *should* be able to map with KiXtart. The only issue would be authentication, we don't use it here and he's not sure if you would need to specify an AS400 username and password.
