kix32.exe is said to function in some manner and when that does not apply, it's a bug.
also, as wkix32.exe and my last code with printf() and GetCommandLine() show, the correct working is quite doable.
again, that does not matter.
even if it wasn't, it should be documented.
and as it is not, it qualifies as a bug.
