Thanks in advance.

I see.But my script will invoke a external executive application, and it will take severial minutes, so users can use TM to terminate the application process, but I expect they wait until the program exit normally. How to?

Actually,we want to make a schedule to run the application on every NT client, but the 'at' command needs the administrator right, it troubles me, and for my short-knowledge, I don't know how to make it run hiddenly.Could you show me some link to study? Any feedback is appreciated!

You can remotely deploy a task right from your own workstation if you have Admin rights on the remote system.
A group policy though does not require that.
Do you need help running a remote script?
Basically you can create a task on your workstation and copy it to the remote system. You can also use JT.EXE from Microsoft to schedule tasks.
You could also use the Task Scheduler Administrator from Glenn Barnas (required KiXforms to run)

KiXforms can be downloaded here: http://www.kixforms.com

Oh bet me... How do you think rootkits work
But, more to the point what I meant was that you might be able to run the COM call and it may not show the application that it's running. Have not tested though.

OK! If server distributes a schedule task for remote clients, the users can not kill the task process. Now my question is that, if I want to collect all clients in my network for scheduling a task, could you tell me what I can do?
