NTDOC NTDOC Administrator Registered: 2000-07-28 Posts: 11629 Loc: CA	Well since this is post 7,000 for me I thought I'd give the noobie scripter something to help him/her get started using KiXtart. This visual aide assumes you have already downloaded KiXart and have extracted WKIX32.EXE into a folder called C:\MYSCRIPTS Where one stores the executables for writing and testing KiXtart scripts is not important and is only used in this location for demonstration purposes. Can't control everything to quite the detail I'd like so had to redo screens a few times to get it sort of the way it should be. But at least hopefully it will help answer the question of how to use/run KiXtart for some. Yeah if I get time I want to maybe do some for the How Do I Use a UDF

Doc, that was pretty good, but If I was watching that and had just discovered Kix and had not read the manual, I would have no idea what the heck you were typing. May I suggest pop ups that say "This is a Macro", "This is a string" etc. Or not just my .02 worth _________________________ Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.

Not so much what it does or what a script is, etc... I've been around here for a long time now and one of the most often asked questions seems to be HOW DO I RUN KIXTART Meaning how do they get off the ground. I do plan to elaborate and make other videos in the future that will address what you're speaking of though. Thanks again.
