It really IS trivial. You cannot dismiss it as a "quirk" because it is not. They are two different functions that require different parms. As long as there are people and manuals, they (both) will be misinterpreted.

Before Ruud attempted to add clarity to the manual, people were assuming the two functions used the same parms. Obviously, the finer details in the manual escaped them.

After Ruud added his footnote, I in my mind's eye interpreted it to refer to the AddPrinterConnection() and not to the SetDefaultPrinter() function as Mike did. It is an easy mistake when one already knows what parm is expected, to infer a different meaning. I do not want my nose rubbed in it repeatedly.

I did hurl one small insult for which I returned one small apology and would love to leave it at that. If sleeping dogs cannot be left to lay, I can elobarate on how I drew my conclusion.
