Yup that should work Les. Unfortunately, I'm the one who scripts and have no control over where they are placed. In this case, the powers that be place them inside the GPO. So I don't really have a choice.
And Jooel, I don't understand Quote:

They are proper script file names...since when is login.kix not acceptable? And since when can I not have a script with the same name as one in the netlogon share? It's a variation in the way kix looks for the script. It's not a user error in this case.
I'm going to put this one to bed. Sorry if a seemed a bit snippy through this post, but it was implied that this was something I was doing wrong. Les offered a work around and I'm accepting that.
